brown / black / white cat found in Conway road - Cardiff

This cat has been hanging around outside our flat in Conway road, Cardiff the last few days. Has a collar with a bell on it but nothing else. Seems slightly underweight and ate it very enthusiastically when we offered some food, but wasn't interested in water.
