ALI MISSING FROM RUMNEY 6TH SEPT 2012

Ali  is 9 years old has been missing from Rumney since Thursday evening (6th Sept), he is totally blind, very nervous in unfamiliar surroundings and suffers with a form of diabetes where if he doesn't have regular access to water he could go into a coma.   Ali is wearing a collar with his details on a tag, and is microchipped.  Please telephone Jan on 029 20255405 if you have any information.
