Missing cat male Llanrumney, Cardiff

Male 6 year old by the name gizmo,he's been missing since last Sunday and we are really worried about him because he has ibs and he's weak but he's very friendly 
Someone please find him and bring him home to his family we really miss him and he hasn't got a collar but he's been neutered.
